One tends to think of promotional brochures as being associated with a new car or double glazing rather than (what was) a state of the art warplane.

However, we have obtained a rare original Hawker Aircraft Ltd brochure extolling the capabilities of the Sea Fury from which we have made faithful reproductions. It gives details of the specifications, variants, usage and performance of this great aircraft as it was promoted to the public and military customers across the globe in the 1950's.

If you're a fan of this superb aircraft, this will tell you all you need to know and is an essential addition to any collection.

20 are available that have been signed by Sea Fury Pilot Brian Ellis who, while flying a Sea Fury, shot down a MiG15 jet during the Korean War..

    Lots of memories

the memories part comes from the fact my late father was a CPO (A) ELECTRICIAN,
when he first joined the navy his first posting was to RAF Benson where the seafurys were flown to after they left the factory to have service mods etc , during the Korean war he was on HMS WARRIOR and i remember him telling me all about the seafury and about shooting down of a mig 15 , i was really thrilled to have a publication with the pilots signature in it ,and will treasure it,
not for its rarity being No 20 of 20 but to have a piece of history i can identify with , from a service my father loved ,

    A Little Jewel to Treasure

Beautifully produced, this Sea Fury brochure looks and feels just as you imagine the seventy year old original would, from which it was copied. All that's missing from its authentic feel is the yellowing of age on the pages. Printing is crisp and clean and the photographic plates, often a problem when reproducing old publications, are commendably clear and sharp. This is no photocopied brochure; you know when you look at it that skill and time has gone into making sure it's right.

As a result, it's a wonderful little memento of one of Hawker Aircraft Limited's most fondly remembered products; something to keep handy on the bookshelf to appreciate yourself, or ready to share and enjoy with like-minded friends and enthusiasts. I was fortunate enough to buy two of the copies signed by Brian Ellis. One I shall treasure myself and the other will become a Christmas present for a long-time friend of mine, a former airframe engineer - and I just know he'll love it, too.
